Requirements:

• Experience with OLAP systems (Anaplan, Prophix, Hyperion, etc.);
• Modeling experience in MS Excel;
• Understanding of multi-dimensional data models (Excel spreadsheets, Power Query);
• Understanding of budgeting processes;
• Knowledge of financial accounting fundamentals;
• Analytical mindset, systematic approach;
• Able to communicate transparently within the team and with the customer, able to work with tasks from setting up to result acceptance, able to organize a team and lead processes.

Duties:

• Analysis of complex financial models implemented in MS Excel;
• Analyze 1C or similar accounting systems to obtain data for models;
• Formulate business processes with customer for future automation;
• Formulation of ToR for model automation, coordination with customers and project team;
• Modeling in professional Olapsoft software (after training and education);
• Independent implementation and support of consolidation and optimization planning projects (large Forbes 2000 companies);
• Optimization of implemented solutions;
• Participation in OLAP-platform architecture development (Product Management);
• Development of user documentation;
• Participation in data integration and migration solutions;
• Sharing experience with colleagues through a mentoring system.

Plus:

• Financial education (CIMA, ACCA, CFA, CIA);
• Technical background (IT);
• Experience with MS Excel Solver;
• Knowledge of accounting systems (1C and similar);
• Modeling experience in Anaplan, IBM TM1/Cognos/Analytycs, Oracle Hyperion and SAP BPC/Planning;
• Expertise in application areas (Finance, Sales, IT, HR, etc.);
• Programming experience in VBA, SQL, Python, etc;
• Independent project management skills (Project Management);
• Languages spoken: English, German, Chinese, etc.
