Junior Analyst

What you will do (remote work)

As part of the Optimacros team, you will work closely with consulting groups on a wide range of advanced analytics topics. This is a position for young professionals who want to maximize their analytical skills as well as gain industry experience as a consultant in a large global company.
You will collaborate with problem-solving teams to gather requirements, specify, design, develop, deliver, and support analytics solutions that meet customer needs. You will provide technical support through a deeper understanding of relevant data analytics solutions and processes to create high quality and effective analytics solutions.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of multidimensional data models (pivot tables in Excel, Power Query);
  • High level of MS Excel skills;

  • Analytical mindset, systematic approach;
  • Able to communicate transparently within the team and with the customer, able to work with tasks from setting up to result acceptance, able to organize a team and lead processes.
